To open an ICON Separately Managed Account, follow the instructions below.
1) Review Form ADV and GIPS Report with your Client. Form ADV, Part II GIPS Report

3) Call ICON at 1-800-828-4881 for information on the account application and additional forms as needed.
4) Mail the application, related forms, and investment check. Mail completed applications and enclose an investment check payable to “
