| Name and Address Changes |
|
| Clients must submit name and address changes in writing and have their signature notarized or guaranteed. Requests must be received one week prior to the end of the month to ensure the client's account statement reflects the requested changes. |
| New Accounts for Existing Clients |
|
| When an existing client wishes to open a new account with an identical registration, ICON requires only a letter of instruction signed by the client certifying there have been no changes in the information disclosed on the existing account's Investment Management Agreement. If the client's information such as their income, investment objectives, etc. has changed, the information should be supplied in the letter or on a new Investment Management Agreement. |
